Involvement
We would not be where we are if we did not have the freedom to use and modify the software that we do. Because of this, we believe in the spirit of opensource software. We participate by filing bugs, submitting patches, and when possible, developing in the opensource community. In some cases, we make financial contributions to projects.
Bounties
On occasion, we have a need for outside help to develop a product, feature, or customer request. Under some circumstances, we have the freedom of setting a bounty for other developers to participate - and get paid. The bounty price will usually depend on the complexity of the request. Some bounties are negotiable.
