Files

For the past few years, we have used a yum repository as our primary method of distributing files and updates. Anyone can browse and use files from our redistributable section. A support contract is required for the contract or non-redistributable section. Instructions for setting up your system to update from our repository automatically can be found here. We also list on the main page, the support lifetime and scheduled End of Life announcements.

We try to keep obsolete files online for as long as possible, but if they have reached their End of Life, they may be erased without notice to make way for new files.

Account

You may review your recent billing history if you login to your account. Your current contract information is kept there as well. If you need to open a support ticket, you may also do that from your account page.


FTP file transfers have been phased out in favor of http file transfer. Please contact the webmaster for special arrangements if you are unable to use http.
